Thank you for connecting with Harmonic Healing uk,
Integral Sound Therapy, with Julie Barratt.
Harmonic Healing has been established since January 2018 and is based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Julie is a certified and experienced Sound Therapy practitioner, offering a range of treatment options, using a variety of instruments, both in 1 to 1 settings and with groups.
Integral sound therapy is a gentle yet powerful, non-invasive form of vibrational energy healing with sound waves, frequencies and musical note intervals that, in a full length treatment, incorporates a tried and tested10 step process. A variety of sound instruments can be used; tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, drum, gong to name a few.
It is all encompassing, incorporating and treating not only the physical body, but the emotional, mental (mind), spiritual and soul levels that we are all made up of. It is very successful in identifying, clearing and re-tuning stuck energy that could be causing dis-ease, enabling change and creating transformation.
Dr Kamaroff of Harvard Medical ~
“Music seems to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure, and reduce levels of stress hormones. It can also provide some relief to heart attack and stroke victims and patients undergoing surgery. Research suggests that music may promote the brain's ability to make new connections between nerve cells. Another idea is that it works its magic through its rhythms.
Humans are rhythmic beings: Our heartbeat, breathing, and brain waves are all rhythmic. The human brain and nervous system are hard-wired to distinguish music from noise and to respond to rhythm and repetition, tones and tunes.”
“When we clear what is without us, we can
attune to the wonder of what is within.”
